Sleep Soundly

Sleep is necessary for human beings.A healthy person should sleep atleast for 8 hours.However,sleeping hours differ with age i.e. a new born needs more than 20 hours of sleep.
Many adults suffer from sleeping disorders,sometimes due to stress,drug abuse or a number of various factors.
